Desktop Engineer

Support of desktops, laptops and applications at the client. End user first level support. Manages the first level help desk ticketing process. Responsible for setup of desktops, laptops and client applications.

Systems Engineer

Establishes, maintains, and provides the engineering direction needed to connect and configure servers on the enterprise networks. This includes the configuration of the server hardware, configuration of system backups, configuration of software distribution loads, configuration of system monitoring agents and allocation of disk storage. Works across the enterprise and is cross functional in technology and working with the rest of the business to design and implement large scale solutions. This includes specification of the server hardware, determines long term configuration and backup strategies across the enterprise.

Network Engineer

Supports and Maintains an existing network infrastructure, including but not limited to switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points. Also responsible for creating and maintaining documentation that is pertinent to the network infrastructure and monitoring network performance. Implementing design changes to an existing network infrastructure. Ability to troubleshoot OSI Layer 1 through Layer 7 issues with protocol sniffers.
