Prescient Solutions Named to Crain’s Chicago Business Best Places to Work List
SCHAUMBURG, Ill.—April 16, 2018—Prescient Solutions, a leading provider of information technology (IT) outsourcing, onsite and remote IT solutions, and IT consulting for firms and government entities of all sizes, has today announced its inclusion to the Tenth Annual Crain’s Chicago Business Best Places to Work List.
The annual Best Places to Work in Chicago List is a collaborative effort between Crain’s Chicago Business and Best Companies Group to identify and recognize the top places of employment in the Greater Chicago Area that are leading the way in defining the employee experience of the 21st century. The 2018 Best Places to Work report surveyed nearly 10,000 employees at Chicago-based companies to determine the top 100 companies in this area.
Winners of the Best Places to Work in Chicago are determined through various factors in two key categories: The company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics; and the experiences and attitudes of individual employees with respect to the company’s workplace. The combined scores determine the best companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and employee survey process, as well as the data analysis to determine the final ranking.
This is Prescient’s first appearance on the Best Places to Work in Chicago list. It is an exciting accomplishment that came at the same time Prescient reached a business milestone of employing more than 100 full-time Chicago based employees.
