How to connect to Windows Server 2016 via RDP w/3rd party tools

Common Error:

1. Click the Start button in the lower left of the screen and type regedit and open regedit.

2. Navigate to:

a. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp

3. Open SecurityLayer and change value to zero.

4. Click OK and close regedit.
