Exciting news! ADP^®, a global leader in human capital management (HCM) solutions, has announced that Prescient Solutions won second place in ADP’s annual “Beyond the Startup” contest. This national competition recognizes ADP clients with between 50 and 250 employees who have successfully managed the complex challenges and key people management issues that can be part of growing beyond the startup phase.

Prescient’s award-winning nomination video – which received more than 20,000 votes from the public – highlights how ADP’s HR and employee communication support helps the company operate a unique business model, enabling it to be 100 percent virtual. Prescient’s employees provide onsite and cloud-based services to small, mid-sized and global organizations as well as government entities. As the second place winner, Prescient will receive a year of free services and products from ADP.

To participate in the Beyond the Start Up contest, eligible ADP clients were asked to submit a video that discussed the management issues their company encountered while growing past the startup phase and how ADP helped them navigate those challenges. The public was invited to vote for their favorite video and a senior leadership committee from ADP selected the three final winners from among the five videos that received the most votes.
