The Illinois Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials recently honored one of our managers for outstanding service in 2012. Scott Klein, manager of IT consulting at a public safety client, received the Technician of the Year Award at the Illinois APCO Public Safety Telecommunications Association Conference in October.

Winners were chosen based on their dedication to the field of public safety communications and a continuing interest in maintaining the highest standards. Scott was recognized for his continued support at our client’s site, including network infrastructure, disaster recovery configuration and systems consolidation for more than 38 governmental agencies in Illinois.
