We are pleased to announce the appointment of Randall Irwin as our new President, effective July 10, 2025. Randy brings a wealth of experience to this role, with over 20 years of leadership in the technology and the managed services industry. His experience ranges from help desk and network operations to network design/engineering, IT management, data center design, and executive leadership of national organizations. Randy looks forward to enhancing Prescient’s services as we continue to grow and meet the changing technology needs of our customers. We are excited to welcome Randy to the Prescient executive team.
We’d also like to announce the following promotions supporting our new President and related organizational change.
Chris Watkins will serve as Chief Operating Officer. Chris has been with Prescient for over 18 years, in progressive technical and leadership roles. Chris’s experience as an engineer, account lead, IT Manager, Account Relationship Manager, and most recently, Vice President of IT Operations positions him well to succeed in the COO role.
Colleen Klehr will assume the Chief Human Resources Officer role. In this expanded role, Colleen will partner with the executive team to develop Prescient’s business strategy and further facilitate the achievement of organizational goals and people initiatives. She has worked with Prescient for 15 years leading all HR disciplines.
Jeff Lindeman will assume the new role of Vice President, Client Relations and Account Management. Jeff will continue to serve his key accounts as an Account Relationship Manager while expanding his client relationships to Prescient’s full customer base. During Jeff’s 22-plus years with Prescient, he has supported clients as an experienced technical engineer, managed key accounts and enterprise-wide IT environments, and developed national sales.
These organizational changes come at an exciting time as we celebrate our 2025 Inc. Magazine Best Workplaces award and embark on deepening our services portfolio with a fierce commitment to superior customer service.
